what payment methods do you accept?
local orders: gcash / bdo online bank
international orders: paypal or email invoice (payable via credit/debit card).
please note that transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method.

do you accept refunds or returns?
all sales are final ♡ this means no refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed. please make sure to review all details before checking out.

what condition are the items in?
all items are thrifted or pre-loved. small imperfections may be present, but each piece is carefully checked and cleaned before shipping. we still recommend re-washing upon arrival for added peace of mind.

will my style bundle look exactly like my
pinterest inspo?
not exactly. since all pieces are thrifted and one of a kind, exact matches aren’t always possible. however, i’ll always do my best to capture the overall vibe, aesthetic, and feeling of your inspo ♡

what styles do you offer?
i style a wide range of aesthetics — coquette, downtown girl, alternative fashion, y2k, fairycore, and more ! just send in your pinterest board & additional notes if any and i’ll take it from there.

can i order a mixed-aesthetic bundle?
yes !! feel free to mix and match styles — just note your preferences and i’ll create a custom blend just for you.

do you offer style bundles for men?
style bundles are mainly curated for women. however, i can create more masculine-inspired looks for girls who prefer that aesthetic ♡
at the moment, i don’t offer styling services for men. if you’re ordering as a gift for your girlfriend, you’re more than welcome to do so !!

customs & duties
customs duties and taxes are separate from the shipping fee and may apply after your order has been shipped, depending on your country’s policies. for U.S. orders, fees are usually around $20–$40 USD, but this may vary. these charges are collected by your local customs office and do not go to me ♡
